I haven't really been here in forever and I apologize. Things in my life have deteriorated to the point that I had to go into hiding, literally. I'm trying to scrape by as best as I can. You guys are owed an explanation as to why it's been so long. I'm just not sure if you'd wish to read it. To those of you that are having a good day or are otherwise in a good mood, I don't think you should read this journal. To those of you who are having a bad day or are otherwise feeling under the weather, I don't think you should read this journal either. There is fair reason why I wish for such because it is pretty intense -__-;;;
Shortly after the police were called, things got steadily worse. Mother would disappear for long periods of time and never admit to what she was doing. Her and dad would get into fights about how long he had lived and about the marriage. It got to the point where dad confronted her after work one day about her infidelities. She became furious and used her mother to kick dad out of the house. How? Shortly after my dad became sick, we lost everything... Dad's income, our house, etc. We wound up living with mother's mom and it was a living hell I tell ya. It only got worse after dad got booted too. Mother and her mom would moniter our phone calls, follow us whereever we went and watched us like we were criminals. Everytime I left for work and came home, they'd interrogate me. The reason being dad went into hiding after they booted him. Mom didn't waste any time and filed a restraining order and divorce on dad. She made up this whole story of abuse and stuff trying to get dad into trouble and the cops bought it. That's why mother and her mom were after me and bro... They never got anything out of us because dad kept his whereabouts secret from us too.
After the boot, dad's health deteriorated to the point where he had to be admitted to a hospice. We were never privvy of his whereabouts but it was for our protection since they were after him. I can't understand why the system allowed her to hunt him when she was supposedly afraid of him. Yes, she spent her days off hunting dad... She'd go to sister's house expecting to find him but he wasn't there. Mother isn't even allowed at sister's anymore but that didn't stop her.
After the first month or two, things started disappearing around the house. Of course since we sided with dad, mother and her mom claimed we were taking them. She was missing undergarments and clothes and stuff along those lines. My only question is: why the hell would we want that stuff to begin with? It didn't stop her from telling her mom to boot us out if things vanished again. It wasn't enough that they stopped all flow of food in the house, they had to threaten our very presence. I was ok that they'd eat our food that we brought into the house. It was our fault for not being there to guard it. They specifically stopped buying food for that purpose so we would buy things. Like I said, I was fine with that for the reason I previously stated but being blamed for stuff I didn't do with threats from her and her family? I don't think so. That's where I draw the line. I've been threatened too many damned times by their family.
Dad's lawyer called around this time and we had to fly down to the courthouse. The restraining order was being pressed to the max and this time, a bench warrant was being signed out for his arrest. We showed up on time but dad's lawyer didn't. We could've had the bitch but he just lollygagged around til they rescheduled the case. Dad had a fit, which he was entitled to (I wanted to fly into the lawyer with fists blazing). We parted ways and dad went back to the nursing home. He was given a temporary restraining order and told to not go into contact with mom by the court. I was sitting in a restaurant trying to gather myself when dad called me... The stress had caused dad to have a minor heart attack. God... I wish this was over with that but it wasn't...
See I draw the line at schoolground bullying because I've put up with enough of their BS and their lies. I steadily snuck my things out of the house into my sister's garage after court. She said it was ok because mother was doing things against her too. Sis was just as mad as I was at mother for her actions. I found an apartment shortly thereafter and on the date I was to move in, I struck while mother and her mom were gone. We were almost moved out when her mom came back. She flew into the room and started coordinating us like she was setting us up for something. We had to make 3 more runs and we ran like hell to our apartment. Amidst boxes and other junk, we set up our beds and spent the night here. It wasn't the best night of sleep because I kept jumping up thinking I heard mother or her mom coming into the room... But we were somewhat victorious over them... We made it out and they don't know where we are...
On the 9th, mother found dad and refiled her restraining order despite what the court already did... Dad had gotten out of the hospice earlier and had gotten an ok to stay at sister's til I could get him into the apartment... But mother always wanted to do him harm so she ordered the county police out after him and had since kept track of everyone at the house he was hiding... God I was hoping to beat her to him ><
On the 10th of August, the courtdate that the divorce and restraining order was to be resolved, we all made it down to court and spent the entire day there... On the first part of the divorce, mom tried to take dad's Toyota Echo away stating that because of her shoulder, she can't drive the Sportage she had... That didn't stop mom from driving it to Missouri and tearing it up like she did. We kicked her butt on that aspect (dad was awarded temporary custody of the car) and had to continue on to the restraining order case last. To our disgust, she brought in the police chief for the town we were living in. He falsified records and testimonies to make it sound like things had happened that didn't... He claimed my dad and mother were fighting since 1 AM and that dad was standing in the doorway upstairs, without holding anything, flailing his arms around yelling. Number 1, the fighting he was referring to started around 5-6 AM. Number 2, dad's partially paralysed and can't stand without holding things to hold him up... If he was standing as the officer testified to, he'd be lying on his face -__- They released for a brief recess and the chief started bragging to the lawyer about the true reason why he was there... Told the lawyer that he was there to testify about the gun incident and said things that weren't true...
The incident that sent this all toppling out of control was something my mother blew into a big ordeal. Mother started in on dad at 5 or 6 AM and wouldn't leave him alone. She kept on and on and on til dad went upstairs after her. He said he ought to kill her for the shit she had done to the family... At that point, she was on 9-1-1 and the police were sent over. She claimed dad had a gun pointed to her head and threatened to kill her. The gun never left bro's lockbox but she claims otherwise, describing it as black gun with silver grips... which isn't the case >< The gun doesn't even look like that... Let's see here, she went to the police station and said before the gun dad had a knife to her throat threatening to kill her... Oh yeah... She also said he beat her too. I don't know how a man in a wheelchair can kick someone hard enough on the shins and legs to leave bruises... Dad's feet are damaged due to type 2 diabetes so he can't move them as well as he would like... But this is what sent the ball rolling...
The chief was there to lie about my bro handing dad a gun... He had it written in his notes that he gave dad the gun... None of it happened. That chief never left the doorway... He stood there the whole damned time... Dad did the only thing he could do to stop him... He took a civil restraining order that mom was wanting to take out on him... That's where we are now... Mom is trying to find us and beat us with that restraining order.... I just want a moment's peace but yeah... I can't wait til it's all over -__-
